Ultrasound 2015 : Registration


Pre-Registration for Ultrasound 2015 is now closed.


However registration will be open for 'on the day' registrations at the meeting.

Ultrasound 2015 Payment Policy 

As a small charity, BMUS have adopted the following policy to ensure payments for delegate registrations are promptly received for the conference. 

Delegates who have been invoiced: if your payment remains outstanding on 3rd December 2015, you will be required to register on the day at the Cash Registration desk. You will be expected to provide at least one piece of the documentation listed below or make full payment to be allowed access to the meeting. 

  1. Company Cheque in payment 
  2. Formal Printed Purchase Order 
  3. Letter on the Company Letterhead from Budget Holder
  4. Personal payment by credit/debit card (excluding Amex)
  5. Cash 

Unfortunately personal cheques will not be accepted. 

Note: If payment is received before the above mentioned date, you will receive an automatic email confirming your attendance. If payment is not received, your booking will remain incomplete and you will not receive a confirmation.
