Ultrasound 2017 Payment Policy 

As a small charity, BMUS have adopted the following policy to ensure payments for delegate registrations are promptly received for the conference and to minimise queues at the registration points.

Delegates who have paid at the point of registration 

On completion of your registration you will receive a confirmation of your booking, the payment receipt will follow shortly after. Please note both these notifications will be sent to the e-mail address that you used to register.  At the conference your delegate badge and bag will be ready to be collected at the general registration points.

Delegates who choose to be invoiced 

On completion of your booking you will receive a confirmation of your booking to the e-mail that you used to register, however the booking will remain incomplete until payment has been made. An invoice will be sent to the address on your booking form within 7 days and should be paid prior to your attendance at the meeting.  Until payment is received you will receive frequent reminders that your invoice has not been paid.

Where we have received a copy of the formal purchase order for your attendance, we will treat this as if you have paid, and your delegate pack will be available at the general registration points.

However should we not have received a copy of the purchase order and the payment still remains outstanding on 1st December 2017, you will be required to register at the 'Cash Registration' desk. Additionally you will be expected to provide at least one piece of the documentation listed below or will be asked to make full payment to be allowed access to the meeting. 

  1. Company Cheque in payment 
  2. Formal Printed Purchase Order 
  3. Letter on the Company Letterhead from Budget Holder
  4. Personal payment by credit/debit card (excluding Amex)
  5. Cash 

Unfortunately personal cheques will not be accepted. 

Note: However if your payment is received before the above mentioned date, you will receive an automatic email confirming the payment and your attendance to the e-mail address that you used to register. At the conference your delegate badge and bag will be ready to be collected at the general registration points.
