Webinar: Physics FRCR Revision
This webinar was presented live on Wednesday 18th November 2020 with Dr Barry Ward, Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Dr Sian Curtis, University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
These three sessions led by two experienced clinical scientists, will reinforce trainees' existing knowledge of ultrasound physics in preparation for the upcoming FRCR physics examination. During the workshop the three main subject areas in the ultrasound part of the physics curriculum – basic physics, imaging and ultrasound safety – will be discussed in detail, with particular emphasis on transducers, B-mode, colour Doppler, PW Doppler, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and the safety indices.
Session 1 Ultrasound Physics
Session 2: Ultrasound Imaging
Session 3: Ultrasound Safety and Q and A
