MUAM 2025
Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month (MUAM) is dedicated to raising awareness of the vital role ultrasound plays in modern healthcare. Each year, we celebrate the technology, the professionals who use it, and the life-changing impact it has on patient care. Join us as we highlight education, innovation, and the many ways ultrasound improves health outcomes.
As part of MUAM, we visited two BMUS PES endorsed hospitals, the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and the Hull Women's and Children's Hospital, to speak directly with ultrasound practitioners. It was inspiring to hear about their experiences, the innovative ways they use ultrasound in patient care, and the passion they bring to their work every day.
