To attend to present your submission you will need to register your attendance by 15th October, this will ensure your abstract is included in the final programme. Please Register for the meeting online. https://www.bmus.org/ultrasound-2025-harrogate/information-for-delegate-2025/register-for-ultrasound-2025/.
At Step 3 there will be a text box for your presenter discount code, this will be in your instruction email. Enter this code to get a discounted rate. This code is only for the author presenting a paper or poster. Unfortunately it can not be used by other authors on the programme.
Posters Presenters
Your Poster will be displayed in the exhibition hall towards the back. You will be given a poster number before the event. Your poster should be displayed next to the number.
Guidelines for Poster presenters can be found here https://www.bmus.org/poster-guidelines/.
Please note posters should be A0 portrait. Landscape will not fit. Poster should be displayed from 8.30 (ish) on day 1 through to 13.10 (lunchtime) on day 3. Posters left after this time will be disposed of.
When hanging your poster please fix the hook (rough) side of Velcro strips to the back of your poster. The poster boards are a similar material to the loop (soft) side of Velcro. The hook side will stick to the poster boards.
This year we are giving poster presenters the opportunity to personally present their posters and answer any questions on your work. This is a great opportunity to highlight your work, expand on any of the points in your abstract and enhance the learning of our conference attendees.
In addition to displaying your poster, all posters will be available on our Event App. To ensure your poster is included in the app please email an electronic copy to emma@bmus.org by November 5th. This can be in either a PDF or JPG format. If your poster is not included in the App it will not be judged for the poster prizes as short listing takes place before the Conference.
