Recruitment and Development - arming leaders to support their staff 2024
20th Mar 2024
Location: Birmingham
This interactive day provides the latest developments around the key priorities for the sonographer workforce: recruitment, retention and development. The value of the BMUS Preceptorship Endorsement Scheme will be explained. We will highlight anticipated benefits for ultrasound teams and its role in supporting sonographer development and retention. Leading experts will discuss current challenges around international recruitment and recruiting those with non-CASE accredited qualifications. An afternoon workshop will enable delegates to share their experiences and collaborate with colleagues to find strategies to empower their workforce.
This day is suitable for ultrasound managers, lead sonographers, practice educators, clinical supervisors, academics and sonographers from all backgrounds including those trained within and outside the UK and those without CASE-accredited qualifications.
