Annual Scientific Meeting Chelternham 2026
Welcome to the BMUS Ultrasound 2026 abstract submission portal. Here, you can submit your abstract to be considered for either an oral, poster or case study presentation.
Please take time to review our Programme Outline before submitting.
Please read the guidelines for submitting your work. Abstracts not following these guidelines may be declined.
Deadline for submission is 31st July 2026.
If you are selected to be a successful abstract author, a £155 presentation fee is required for each accepted abstract. This fee includes one day of conference attendance for the presenting author.

The abstract judging process is anonymous. Please ensure there are no identifying features in your abstract and supporting documents.
It is recommended that you write your abstract in Word and then copy and paste your abstract into the abstract content box on the form. Use the upload option for any supporting files only – these should also be anonymous.
The deadline for submission of proffered papers and posters is Friday, 31st July 2026.
We aim to notify all authors of their acceptance by the week commencing 7th September.
