Governance & Council

The Irish Medical Ultrasound Society (IMUS) is governed by an elected Council responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring good governance and supporting the Society's aim of advancing ultrasound practice, education and research throughout Ireland.

The Council works closely with committees, Clinical Interest Groups (CIGs) and members to promote excellence in medical ultrasound while supporting professional development, collaboration and innovation across all areas of practice.

Role of Council

The Council is responsible for:
