Practical Training Sessions
Please note spaces on each of the practical training sessions have limited places, these are allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. The fees (in addition to the daily delegate fee) for these sessions are as follows :

BMUS Winter Ball & Awards Ceremony
Wednesday 9th December from 19:00 till late
The highlight of the Annual Meeting – this year our Conference Winter Ball & Awards Ceremony will be held at the Cheltenham Town Hall.
Tickets are priced at the specially discounted price of £55 for delegates attending Ultrasound 2026 and may be booked whilst registering for the conference.

Special Educational Streams
We are delighted to have three satellite meetings as part of the lineup which delegates registering to attend Ultrasound 2026 on the respective dates are able to attend free of charge.
Delegates booking only to attend a satellite meeting will have limited access to the remainder of the conference, namely the 'Ultrasound 2026 Technical Exhibition', The Donald MacVicar Brown Lecture - by Professor Rhodri Evans at 15:40 on Tuesday the 8th of December; delegates will not be able to enter any of the Ultrasound 2026 educational lectures or practical training sessions during the day.
Should you wish to only attend this meeting, a charge of £40 is applicable and this meeting can be booked as a separate registration to Ultrasound 2026.
