Point-of-Care ultrasound imaging of the heart and IVC

Dr David Oxborough (Oxborough PhD MSc (Medical Ultrasound) BHSc (Leeds) FBSE, Reader in Cardiovascular Physiology, Echocardiographer and Fellow of the British Society of Echocardiography) will take us through a standard ultrasound assessment of the heart and demonstrate what anatomical structures are visible on each view.  Common abnormalities will be discussed.  Dr Mateusz Zawadka will discuss the value of imaging the IVC in the critical care setting, what to look for and how it may influence patient management.

The webinar will be streamed live at 7pm on Wednesday 27th July and will be complimented by a live Q and A session on Wednesday 27th July @ 8.00pm

The webinar is scheduled for release at 8pm Wednesday 27th July. The Webinar will be available to watch from 8pm on 27th July until midday on 10th August.
