Dear Invited Guest,

Thank you for agreeing to give up your valuable time and deliver a guest lecture at this year's Annual Scientific Meeting.

As stated in your formal invitation letter, BMUS will automatically register you for any day you are lecturing or assisting as faculty at the meeting.

We would ask you to please take some time to read our general information in respect of travel, booking accommodation and travel expenses which can be found here.

There are some actions that we do need you to take, this is to ensure that the organisation for the meeting goes as smoothly as possible, the deadlines for these are as follows :
