The abstracts will not appear in the Ultrasound Journal until February 2009. The company name will appear on the cover of the Abstract Book. Delegate Bags SOLD Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on all re-usable delegate bags. Pads/Pens for Delegate packs. In Kind SOLD Sponsor's name appears on pads and pens which will be inserted in each delegate bag. Lanyards SOLD Sponsor's name printed on lanyards. Cyber Café £2200 Company logo used as the screen saver, company literature and banners displayed within the internet café area. Acknowledgement and logo in final programme and conference website. Conference Social Event Céilidh £3000 (Shared sponsorship £1500 for two companies etc) The Céilidh will take place on Monday 7th December in the Cromdale Suite. There will be a Céilidh band and disco. Sole sponsorship includes acknowledgement and logo on directional signage. Branding of bar and buffet stations. Acknowledgement on invitations. Logo in final programme and website and company logo beamed onto pillars during the event .Plus 5 tickets to the event. Poster Boards (Including NPoCUS posters) £850 Sponsor's name will be linked with all mention of the Scientific Poster Exhibition including website and final programme. Poster boards will be branded with company name and logo. Directional Signage SOLD £950 Company logo on directional signage throughout the venue for the duration of the conference. Audio-visual Facilities £2000 Sponsor's name will be linked to all mention of the AV facilities, including speaker instructions and branding of the speakers lounge. Refreshment points £1000 per day, £3,000 for sole sponsorship for 3 days (joint sponsorship optional) Tea and coffee will be available for free to all delegates. The sponsoring company's name/logo will be displayed prominently at all areas offering refreshments. The sponsor will also be acknowledge in the conference programme. Themed Sessions Price dependent on session By supporting one of the themed sessions you can target the most relevant people at the conference. Sponsor will be acknowledged in the session, at the lecture theatre entrance as well as in any literature mentioning the session.
